Bill French created Wm French Buyers Real Estate Services, Inc. to solve a problem that he personally faced. In his early corporate career, Bill was relocated time and again on behalf of his employers without any real guidance on the areas into which he moved his family. Bill saw this as an area of opportunity in the real estate business: a comprehensive relocation service that focused solely on the buyers’ interests with a relocation plan tailored specifically to their needs. As a result of his vision and personal experience, Bill established Wm French Buyer’s Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1977– the first of its kind in the country.
Today, Wm French has a knowledgeable team of exclusive buyer’s agents and administrative support who are experienced in finding the best possible amenities, schools, and activities to fit our clients’ lifestyle. They act as partners with families to make the transition to St. Louis an attractive and beneficial change for all.
