Rental Assistance

Wm French provides home buyers with outstanding representation and relocation services. However, not everyone moving to St. Louis is ready to buy a home immediately. Some employees and families decide they would prefer rental or temporary housing. Because we are eager to help all your employees, we are happy to provide a Rental Assistance program. This program is tailored to fit the specific needs of renters, while still giving them the same level of excellent services a home purchaser would receive.

The Rental Process

Initial Contact

After the client completes an Online questionnaire, we get the process started via a fact-finding conversation with Director of Relocation Julie Brown. Beyond the information gathered, this also helps us create a proper match between the client and the appropriate relocation specialist.

Before Arrival

We’re hard at work preparing for the client’s visit, researching and previewing area rental properties, preparing a personalized data analysis, and investigating any special interests or activities.

Upon Arrival

The client meets their relocation specialist, who presents the personalized data analysis, leads a tour of St. Louis and surrounding areas, helps the client find a home or apartment to rent.

Preparing for the Move

Our agents assist each client with understanding the lease, attend all inspections, assist with obtaining occupancy permits, and appearing at the final walk through and key acceptance.
