The Pattonville District consists of 27 square miles in northwest St. Louis County and encompasses parts of the municipalities of Bridgeton, Maryland Heights, St. Ann, Creve Coeur and Overland. Housing styles in this district are predominantly ranch, two-story and starter bungalows. Most of the homes in these areas are 20+ years in age, but also offer a scattering of newer construction. Typical price ranges are $70,000 to $250,000. Commutes are five minutes to the airport and twenty minutes to Clayton.
